Property is good near to the ferry location. Can walk. Also the owner mr younis is very helpful. He helped me with my local tour. Nice stay.

The room was peaceful, and the Wi-Fi was through the roof compared to other places in Zanzibar. I had a bunch of online meetings and none of them were lagging.

The personnel was very helpful and available. They helped us with everything, suggesting to us restaurants, places to visit in Stone Town and storing our luggage after checkout so we could walk around the city luggage-free until the time we had to travel to Nungwi. To sum up, everything was very very very nice at Rumaisa hotel

The location was quite near the Zanzibar ferry terminal and off the main road. The staff was kind and polite. The wifi was good. Very good water pressure and hot water.

Bathroom and balcony were big. Helpful staff, always trying their best to help us. Receptionist walked with us all the way down to a local restaurant, about 15-20min away, after he finished his shift, so we could find a place to eat for dinner (there is nothing around the hotel). Cleaning lady also walked with us to the city center, after her shift, in order to show us where to exchange money. They both took on their personal time to help us, not by only telling us where to go, they actually came with us. How sweet.
